At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
Describe three options for leveraging technology to advance inclusive learning in pharmacy experiential education and considerations for implementation by your institution.
Assistive technology (AT) is routinely used in the classroom setting to facilitate inclusive learning environments. Technology can also be used in the experiential setting to advance inclusive learning for students with disabilities, however the appropriate choice of technologies, as well as associated challenges and considerations with each, may differ from the classroom setting. This program will describe options for AT use in pharmacy experiential education and guidance for incorporation in the clinical environment.
