Understand the design and 5-year impact of a pharmacy pathway program PEPP (Project Engage Pharmacy Program) camp
Describe and discuss best practices for implementing and maintaining pharmacy pathway programs
Access and pathway programs are one form of equity initiatives colleges of pharmacy can engage in to increase the diversity of their student body. This session will highlight quantitative and qualitative findings from 5 years of longitudinal data from our institutional pathway program. Tailored for all interested in advancing equity efforts in their college, we will highlight programmatic strengths and challenges other programs may consider. Participants will discuss best practices for pathway programs.
