Describe a process to ensure preceptor feedback is continuously communicated to the curriculum committee to allow timely changes in the curriculum.
Preceptor feedback on student performance in aggregate is vital to the School of Pharmacy's (SOP) continuous quality improvement program. Aggregate student trends can be difficult to obtain from preceptors in individual student evaluations. Due to this, a formalized process will be described in which preceptor feedback is reviewed at experiential education and curriculum committee meetings and updates to the curriculum are made based on trends in preceptor feedback on student performance.
