Council of Deans Networking Session: Challenging Topics Facing Deans--Navigating the Budgeting Maze

The focus of this networking session will be for participants to discuss various strategies for managing and navigating budgeting challenges at their institution. Four speakers will share their experiences navigating challenging budgeting conversations with university leadership, faculty, students, and staff. Moderators will facilitate a discussion between audience members and speakers so that lessons learned and best practices for navigating these challenges may be shared.
