Dr. Mourad is an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacogenomics at Manchester University. At Manchester, she is involved in teaching within both the Doctor of Pharmacy Program as well as the Master in Pharmacogenomics Program. She received her PhD degree in clinical pharmaceutical sciences from Purdue University in 2016. Dr. Mourad's research interests include the molecular mechanisms and risk factors underlying drug-induced arrhythmias, specifically, drug-induced QT-prolongation and torsades de pointes. Dr. Mourad is also passionate about curricular design and development within the professional pharmacy program.
