Maddie Fry, PharmD, BCACP, is Associate Professor and Assistant Dean for Experiential Education at Pacific University School of Pharmacy. Maddie graduated from Pacific University with her PharmD in 2014. She then completed her PGY-1 general practice residency at the Roseburg VA Medical Center in Roseburg, Oregon and her PGY-2 in ambulatory care at CareOregon in Portland, Oregon. Maddie joined the faculty for Pacific University in 2016 and practiced as an ambulatory care pharmacist until 2020 at MountainView Medical Center in HIllsboro, Oregon. Since January 2020 she has been administering the experiential program.
