My name is Danielle Stubbs (M.Ed.) and I am the Associate Director of Student Recruitment and Diversity at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. My previous experiences in academic advising and student affairs lend themselves well to my duty of recruiting more diverse learners into the vast and opportunity-rich field of pharmacy. My main goal is to spread awareness of the field to both prospective students and their support systems (advisors, parents, guardians, etc.) in order to contribute to a more diverse healthcare workforce.
