Assistant Professor and Director of Assessment

Michelle N. Schroeder, PharmD, BCACP, CDCES, joined the University of Toledo in 2012 and is currently an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and also serves as the Director of Assessment for the College. She is a graduate of Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy and completed a community pharmacy residency at the University of Toledo and Kroger Co. Prior to assuming the role as Director of Assessment, she maintained an active practice site in the ambulatory care setting providing diabetes education to patients.
As the Director of Assessment, Dr. Schroeder is responsible for leading the College’s assessment efforts and assisting with managing the process, procedures, and reporting of the College’s assessment program. Dr. Schroeder primarily teaches in and oversees the delivery of the skills lab courses, which has provided experience and fostered her interest in the assessment process.
