Dr. Kelsey Frederick is an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) College of Pharmacy within the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Translational Science and the Office of Continuing Professional Development. She is a graduate of Auburn University located in Auburn, Alabama, where she also received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Harrison College of Pharmacy. Following graduation, Dr. Frederick completed an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency with Kroger Health and UTHSC in Nashville, Tennessee. She then went on to complete an Academic Community Pharmacy Fellowship at UTHSC College of Pharmacy prior to her current role as faculty.
