Michele Williams recieved her PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Tennessee and serves as the Academic Success Specialist at East Tennessee State University Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy. Dr. Williams oversees the P1 transition program, Gatton Tutoring and Academic Coaching, and support for ESL students Prior to joining the staff at Gatton, she served as the Director of Student Success and Faculty Development at the University of Southern Mississippi- Gulf Park. Additionally, Dr. Williams was a member of the faculty in Teacher Education at the State University of New York in Plattsburgh.
