Jordan Baye, PharmD, MA, BCPS is a clinical pharmacist at Sanford Imagenetics (ih-MAJ-eh-net-iks) and Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice for the South Dakota State University (SDSU) College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions. Jordan earned his PharmD degree from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY-1 residency at the Iowa City VA Health Care System. He also holds a master's degree in bioethics from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Jordan’s clinical duties at Sanford Imagenetics include clinical pharmacogenomics review and consultation, patient and provider education, and pharmacogenomics implementation. At South Dakota State University, Jordan teaches in the areas of pharmacogenomics, internal medicine, and ethics. He is the Residency Program Coordinator for the PGY-2 Clinical Pharmacogenomics Residency at Sanford Imagenetics and precepts PGx rotations for APPE students and PGY-1 residents.
