Endowed Associate Professor in Innovative Pharmacy Practice

Jennifer (Jenny) Bacci, PharmD, MPH, BCACP is the Endowed Associate Professor of Innovative Pharmacy Practice at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. Dr. Bacci’s research, teaching, and service focuses on advancing community-based patient care. Her research applies implementation science to evaluate and advance the adoption of innovative patient care models in community pharmacy practice. Within the PharmD curriculum, she coordinates a two-course series for first-year student pharmacists focused on professional identity formation, leadership, and the Pharmacist’s Patient Care Process and an elective course for first- and second-year student pharmacists on community-based pharmacy practice transformation. She is a member of the Academia CPESN Transformation (ACT) Pharmacy Collaborative Taskforce, a nationwide collaboration to support and facilitate community pharmacy practice transformation efforts, and is a network facilitator of CPESN WA, a clinically integrated network of community pharmacies in Washington State. Dr. Bacci completed her PharmD, MPH, community practice residency, and community pharmacy research fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
