Sara Wettergreen, PharmD, BCACP, BC-ADM is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at UCHealth Lone Tree Primary Care clinic, where her patient care activities focus on chronic disease state management, quality improvement initiatives, and providing pharmacotherapy consultations. Dr. Wettergreen’s clinical and research areas of interest include diabetes and diabetes-related technology, pharmacy professional well-being, and pharmacy education.
