Yukiko has 20 years of professional experience guiding faculty and staff on program evaluation and outcomes assessment in higher education. She is currently an Assessment Manger at the UCSF School of Pharmacy, creating an assessment and evaluation eco system that leads to continuous improvement of educational design, teaching, and student support. She interfaces with various faculty and administrative committees to enable efficient and meaningful educational data generation, such as curriculum and assessment maps, student performance and experience data, etc. She is a published (co-)author of the book "Toward Useful Program Evaluation in College Foreign Language Education" (2009). Her research centers around impact, practices, culture, and capacity of assessment and program evaluation in higher education.
