Stephanie Zahn, PharmD, BCACP is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice Administration at the University of Saint Joseph School of Pharmacy and Physician Assistant Studies. She graduated from Butler University in 2016 and completed a PGY1 residency at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital and a PGY2 in ambulatory care at St. Vincent Joshua Max Primary Care Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Zahn is a course director in the Evidence Based Practice Course Series as well as the Patient Care Pharmacy Practice Course Series. She additionally provides disease state management services in primary care at her clinical practice site, Federally Qualified Health Center.
