Brandi L. Bowers, PharmD, BCACP is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy in Springfield, Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Missouri State University and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at St. Louis College of Pharmacy and Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, and a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Bowers practices as a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at MSU Care in Springfield, Missouri, providing comprehensive primary care to adult, uninsured, low-income patients as a member of an interprofessional team. Within the UMKC School of Pharmacy, Dr. Bowers serves as a co-coordinator for the Evidence Based Medicine course and is known with students and residents for her passion in helping others connect literature to practice.
