Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Director of Experiential Education

Janelle Krueger M.S., RPh, is a Clinical Associate Professor and serves as the Director of Experiential Education at the University of Wyoming (UW) School of Pharmacy. She obtained her pharmacy degree from UW, followed by a two-year pharmacy practice residency (PGY1/PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership) at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas and a Master’s degree in Hospital Pharmacy at the University of Kansas.
Her teaching focuses primarily on introductory pharmacy practice activities for first and second-year pharmacy students. Scholarly interests are experiential education, program assessment and curricular issues, management/leadership issues, and growing international opportunities for students. Janelle has been with the University of Wyoming since 2005. Prior to UW, she was on faculty at Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy in Auburn, Alabama for seven years. She also served in a hospital pharmacy management position for four years in Arizona prior to entering academia.
