Maddie Fry, PharmD, BCACP is Assistant Dean for Experiential Education and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Pacific University School of Pharmacy in Hillsboro, OR. Before joining the faculty in July 2016, she completed her PharmD from Pacific University in 2014. She then completed her PGY-1 residency at the Roseburg VA in Roseburg, OR and her PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Residency at CareOregon in Portland, OR earning her board certification in ambulatory care in 2016. Her teaching focus areas include quality improvement, leadership development and experiential education.
