Marlowe Djuric Kachlic, PharmD, BCACP is a Clinical Assistant Professor and an Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPE) Director at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy (UIC). She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UIC in 2005 and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with an emphasis in Community Care with UIC and Dominick’s Pharmacy in 2006. Dr. Djuric Kachlic has been a clinical faculty member at UIC since 2006 and served patients in the Family Medicine clinic and UIC’s outpatient pharmacies. She worked in pharmacy skills education and experiential education since 2015 and has been the director of P1 and P2 IPPEs since 2019. In 2012, she established the UIC PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program and continues to serve as the director of the program. Dr. Djuric Kachlic’s teaching interests include self-care and non-prescription medications, immunizations, and community practice. Her research interests include preceptor development, interprofessional education, and assessment of student learning.
