Terri Smith Moore, PhD, MBA, RPh, CPH, is currently the inaugural Vice President, Chief Diversity and Strategy Officer, with the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP). In this role Dr. Moore leads the association’s strategic planning process, implementation and evaluation, and also the AACP diversity, equity, inclusion and antiracism agenda and efforts, as well as working with the team responsible for policy/advocacy and strategic engagement. Prior to joining AACP, Dr. Moore has held positions in a variety of professional settings, including pharmacy practice, academia, federal government/public health policy and programs, managed care pharmacy, healthcare quality and accreditation, and association management. Dr. Moore has a BS Pharmacy degree, an MBA in Health Services Administration, both from Howard University, and a PhD in pharmacy administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
