Dr. Moye is a Clinical Professor and the Interim Dean at Mercer University College of Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition, Dr. Moye is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
Since 2013, Dr. Moye has assisted in developing, organizing, implementing, and facilitating six international pharmacy preceptor development workshops in Nigeria. These workshops included case-based lectures and experiential teaching to the faculty and preceptors at the University of Benin, University of Jos, and the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital in Enugu. Her most recent international endeavors as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic are developing, implementing, and evaluating international pharmacy-based immunization training programs in Nigeria. She is also a member of the international team currently implementing the first pharmacy practice residency program in Nigeria.
Dr. Moye ’s practice and research interests are to make a difference in today’s society through advancing pharmacy practice globally, including expanding the role of a clinical pharmacist to decrease costs and improve patient outcomes. She has presented over 60 scientific manuscripts, posters, and presentations locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
Dr. Moye is an active member of several professional organizations, including AACP, ACCP, AAHIVM, and NAPPSA. Recently, Dr. Pamela Moye received the Distinguished Educator Award for her innovations in teaching and the Excellence in Service Award for her dedication to her profession and community.
