Sara Wettergreen, PharmD, BCACP, BC-ADM is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at UCHealth Lone Tree Primary Care clinic, where her patient care activities focus on chronic disease state management, quality improvement initiatives, and providing pharmacotherapy consultations.
