Kristina M. Powers, PharmD, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Wilkes University in 2011. She currently serves as the Director of Experiential Programs and an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Wilkes University, where she has been a staff member since 2015. In addition to her academic responsibilities, Kristina precepts students at a telepharmacy practice site with a specialization in anticoagulation. She began her tenure at Wilkes University as the Experiential Coordinator and has been in her current role as Director since 2023. Before transitioning to academia, she worked as a staff clinical pharmacist at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. An active member of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), Kristina serves on the AACP Experiential Nominations Committee. She enjoys exploring innovative ideas to enhance learning outside the classroom and is passionate about conducting research on experiential education.
