Heidi N. Anksorus, PharmD, BCPS is an Assistant Professor in the division of Practice Advancement and Clinical Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Heidi coordinates courses in the Patient Care Lab sequence and Pharmaceutical Calculations. In addition, she facilitates in Integrative Pharmacotherapy and instructs as a case expert, and serves as a facilitator for the Patient Care Experience courses, as well as working with additional courses. She is the faculty advisor for the Lambda Chapter of Kappa Epsilon and CPFI. Heidi is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and a National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Point of Care Certificate Program Trainer. She has spent time in the Community Pharmacy setting, and has practiced in the acute care setting as an inpatient and clinical pharmacist. Her most recent practice site was in the dental clinic at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry.
