Amanda Savage, PharmD is an Assistant Professor at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in the Division of Practice Advancement and Clinical Education. Her clinical interests include community pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical compounding, women’s health, rural health, and immunizations. Her teaching efforts have been focused on teaching within the patient care skills laboratory and integrated pharmacotherapy course series. Her academic interests include course design and development, objective structured clinical exams (OSCEs), and small group facilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, making and collecting pottery, and cooking (and eating) delicious food.
