Dr. Graciela Armayor is the Director, Curriculum Development and Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociobehavioral and Administrative Pharmacy at Nova Southeastern Barry and Judy Silverman College of Pharmacy (NSU-COP). Dr. Armayor received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and a Master of Science Degree in Health Professions Education from Nova Southeastern University. She completed a joint clinical residency in Internal Medicine/Cardiology at the University of Florida and the Gainesville Florida Veteran’s Administration Hospital. She has been a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist since 1996. Dr. Armayor has practiced in various clinical settings in Florida and Georgia as a clinical pharmacist and clinical coordinator. She has been a faculty member at NSU-COP since 1990 where she has held different positions. She currently coordinates and teaches in the Leadership and Professional Development course series and is the Curriculum Committee Chair. Dr. Armayor's research has focused on pharmacy workforce issues, and the development and evaluation of innovative instructional and assessment methods for health professions education.
