Marlon Fuller, Pharm.D., is a multifaceted leader renowned for his impactful contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across multiple domains. A 2004 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy, Dr. Fuller's career spans innovation and advocacy in both pharmaceuticals and education.
As a DE&I council member at a Fortune 500 company and a member of the UConn Pharmacy School Advisory Board, Dr. Fuller drives initiatives that foster inclusivity and impact. His pioneering efforts include creating a transformative program in collaboration with UConn Pharmacy School and New Haven Public Schools, exposing hundreds of diverse high school students to careers in pharmacy.
Beyond his corporate and educational roles, Dr. Fuller is the visionary CEO/Co-founder of CoolKids.org, a nonprofit organization founded with his wife, Christina, that has empowered over 30,000 children nationwide through financial literacy education. His commitment to bridging the wealth gap is further evidenced by his authorship of two children's books and his musical contributions, including a financial literacy album for kids.
With three patents to his name and directorship of a television series, Dr. Fuller exemplifies innovation and creativity in addressing societal challenges.
