Dr. Shin is Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He directs the Cardiovascular Sciences & Therapeutics course, the first thematic block offered in the new Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum at UCSF. He completed the Teaching Scholars Program offered by the UCSF in 2016 and is a member of the UCSF Academy of Medical Educators. He led multidisciplinary efforts on developing an integrated curriculum in his course, for which he was awarded the Troy Daniels Curriculum Assessment fund by the UCSF School of Pharmacy.
Dr. Trinh is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). In addition to her role as Co-Director of the Infectious Disease Applied Patient Care Skills course, she has designed and implemented large group lectures and small group activities in pharmacoepidemiology and research design, part of the foundational Social & Administrative Sciences thread that weaves through various thematic blocks including the Cardiovascular Sciences & Therapeutics course. She has previously served on the AACP Leadership Development SIG Programming Committee to design and lead a roundtable session on entrepreneurship and innovation teaching at the 2019 Pharmacy Education Meeting.
