Dr. Shawn Taylor is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy at Wingate University School of Pharmacy. She is a clinical pharmacist practitioner serving at the Appalachian Mountain Community Health Centers in Asheville, NC. She serves as the president of The Guachipilincito Community Shoulder to Shoulder Executive Board. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina and completed a postdoctoral residency at the VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. Her scholarship interests include well-being, indigent medical care, and patient advocacy.
