Kelly Bach, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, BCGP is a Patient Aligned Care Team Pharmacist at the Binghamton VA Clinic. Previously she was an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Pratice at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she maintained an inpatient family medicine practice site at Ellis Hospital where she precepted APPE and IPPE students. Additionally she taught in the pharmacy skills and integrated problem solving sequence focused on institutional pharmacy practices.
