Jamie Kneebusch, PharmD, BCPS, BCPP (she/her) is an Assistant Clinical Professor at UC San Diego, Skaggs School of Pharmacy. She specializes in psychiatry with a particular passion for substance use disorders. She completed her PGY1 Acute Care and PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Residencies at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. She joined that faculty at SSPPS in January 2022. Prior to this, she practiced as an inpatient psychiatric pharmacist for 2 years and Subsequently, served as a population health behavioral health pharmacist for an Arizona based Medicaid and Medicare insurance provider. She currently serves as a clinical psychiatric pharmacist at VA San Diego Healthcare System, providing care in Primary Care Mental Health Integration. In this role, she provides medication management to patients in the primary care setting based on PCP referrals as well as psychotropic consultive services to the primary care team. Additionally, she serves as the VA track site coordinator for 4th year UCSD phamacy students.
