Dean of Student Life
Manchester University
Following graduation from Purdue University, Dr. Jennifer Campbell began her career in academia completing a PGY1 academic intensive residency co-funded by Northeastern University. Following residency, she held faculty appointments at Appalachian College of Pharmacy and Creighton University before joining Manchester University in 2013. Originally hired to coordinate the six-semester Pharmacy Practice Lab course series (including IPE), in 2015, Dr. Henriksen transitioned into her first administrative faculty position as the assistant dean of academic affairs. Over the past six years, college structure changes resulted in modifications to the position. Assessment responsibilities were incorporated from 2017 to 2019 until transferred to a newly created assistant dean for assessment position. In 2019, student affairs responsibilities were integrated and in 2020 the position was updated to associate dean of academic programs. Although she has taught a variety of therapeutic topics, her current teaching responsibilities focus on professional identity formation: leadership, teamwork/conflict, and service.
