Dawn Aldrich is the Academic Affairs Coordinator at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) School of Pharmacy. She has 25 years of higher education experience serving students in various capacities, including academic advising, university housing, assessment, DEI, student conduct, recruitment, and retention. As Academic Affairs Coordinator, she supports the pharmacy curriculum, skills and simulation, assessment, student success, and educational technology. She currently instructs public health and DEI content for the School of Pharmacy and serves as a pharmacy class advisor. Dawn has held leadership positions for regional and national student affairs associations and has presented topics on student success, creating inclusive learning environments, staff training, development, and recruitment, and implementing co-curricular experiences for students.
