AACP Transformation Center: Accelerating Community-based Pharmacy Practice Transformation

During this session, we will provide an update on the AACP Transformation Center Charter, and the first programmatic focus area of community-based pharmacy practice. We will highlight current projects within the Center with the ACT Pharmacy Collaborative, the transition of the ACT Pharmacy Collaborative into AACP, celebrate Cohort 1 participants of the ACT Signature Programs, Student Scholar Leaders, Educators' Badge and Centers of Excellence. We will also share information on applications for Cohort 2 of the ACT Signature Programs and other projects within the AACP Transformation Center.
