Jason B. Reed, MLS is an Associate Professor of Library Science with the Purdue University Libraries and School of Information Studies, he also holds a courtesy appointment with the Purdue University Department of Pharmacy Practice since 2020. Prior to joining Purdue, Jason was an Assistant Professor at Kansas State University for three years. He earned his Masters of Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2013. He co-teaches an introduction to systematic reviews for the health sciences for gradaute studdents across campus. He is embedded throughout the Professional Program curriculum, teaching in the skils labs, offering guest lectures, and co-teaching an elective course on Conversations about Death and Dying. Associate Professor Reed's research focuses on evidence synthesis projects and scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL). He has co-authored six evidence synthesis projects, including systematic reviews and critical reviews, including three with faculty and students in the College of Pharmacy. He has co-authored two SoTL articles about courses he has co-created.
