Dr. Raylene Rospond Pharm.D., FCCP founded Rays of Strength Consulting LLC, following her distinguished 35 year career as a leader and educator and consultant in the field of health professions education. In her current role, she is committed to empowering healthcare professionals and educators through transformative training, coaching and consulting services. Dr. Rospond has held various influential roles at Creighton, Drake and Manchester University. She has served as a faculty member, administrator and visionary leader bringing her expertise to positions such Department Chair, Associate Dean, Dean, and Vice President.
As a passionate advocate for personal growth and development, Dr. Rospond is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and a Working Genius Certified Facilitator, specializing in mentoring and coaching faculty and staff. She is a co-founder of the Power Up Your Strengths Foundations and Facilitations Certification programs, which operate under Powered by Purple Ink in Indianapolis, Indiana. Raylene holds two certifications from Harvard Graduate School of Education, allowing her to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to facilitate the growth and development of leadership teams, enabling them to maximize productivity and achieve unparalleled success.
