Associate Professor Vivienne Mak, BPharm(Hons), PhD, GCHE, MBA, is the lead for simulation based learning at the Collaborative Practice Centre of The University of Melbourne. She is passionate about leveraging innovative educational technologies and advancing collaborative learning environments to drive positive change in healthcare education. Vivienne played a pivotal role in spearheading the adoption of MyDispense, a global pharmacy simulation developed by Monash University, reaching over 250 institutions spanning 38 countries.
