Chris Johnson, PharmD, MEd, BCACP, is an associate professor at the UAMS College of Pharmacy. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Oregon State University and completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy. After graduation, he completed the 24-month Practice and Academic Leadership residency at Concordia, which also provided him with the opportunity to complete a Master of Science in Education and develop a practice site focusing on underserved patient populations. While he practices in ambulatory care, Dr. Johnson focuses his efforts on improving the educational initiatives of the college through curricular improvement and development. Dr. Johnson is involved in APhA and AACP, and has been named a recipient of the 2024 AACP Emerging Teaching Scholar Award.
