Associate Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice

Caroline L. Ko, PharmD, BCCCP (she/her) is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice at University of the Pacific Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy in Stockton, CA and an emergency medicine pharmacist. She teaches in cardiology, pulmonology, and critical care therapeutics within the didactic curriculum, as well as facilitating case conferences and high-fidelity simulations. She was recognized as the PharmD Class of 2024 Teacher of the Year. Her research interests include course and curricular streamlining, simulation in pharmacy education, and the role of sponsorship in increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the profession of pharmacy. Dr. Ko is a founding Leadership Team member of PharmGradWishlist - an initiative that aims to promote equity through sponsorship of racially and ethnically minoritized pharmacist trainees. She also currently serves as the President of Phi Lambda Sigma. In her free time, she takes ballet lessons, teaches ballet, and performs twice a year as a member of her studio's student company.
