Dr. Michelle Sahr, PharmD, is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Ferris State University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Sahr received her PharmD from Ferris State University in 2016 and then completed a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency with Meijer Pharmacy/Ferris State University/Pfizer before joining faculty at Ferris State University. During residency and her faculty appointment at Ferris, Dr. Sahr has been actively engaged in multiple grants, research projects and quality improvement studies to advance community pharmacy services and patient care. Dr. Sahr has involved multiple students in her research projects and encouraged her students to pursue grant funding, publications and presentations at the national and international level. Her research interests include Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, vaping perceptions and use, chronic disease management, and point-of-care testing.
