Describe how feedback loops can be utilized as part of the continuous quality improvement process during the implementation of new experiential courses.
Feedback loops are cycles designed to provide administrators with information about implementation barriers and successes so that adjustments can be made to improve the experience. Early inquiry and pairing anecdotal information with data informs changes, which then must be communicated out to student and preceptor stakeholders. Utilizing feedback loops allows for real-time quality assurance interventions and enhanced buy-in for newly implemented courses or experiences.
