Jessica Bergsbaken, PharmD, BCPPS is Teaching Faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. She obtained her PharmD from Drake University in 2013 and subsequently completed a PGY1 residency at M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center and Masonic Children’s Hospital and a PGY2 residency in Pediatrics at Texas Children’s Hospital. Following residency training in 2015, she worked as a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics and the American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. In 2021, given her passion for teaching, precepting, and mentoring, she transitioned to her current role as teaching faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in the Pharmacy Practice and Translational Research Division. Dr. Bergsbaken teaches in the Pharmacotherapy Skills Lab sequence for 2nd and 3rd year pharmacy students. She also coordinates the Acute Pharmaceutical Care and the Health System Pharmacy Practice Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences. She is a preceptor for pharmacy residents completing teaching and academia rotations at the School of Pharmacy. Additionally, Dr. Bergsbaken continues to practice as Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist at the American Family Children's Hospital.
