Dr. Sally Arif is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy-Downers Grove campus. She was the Immediate Past Chair of AACP's Health Disparities and Cultural Competency SIG from 2021-2022. Outside of her service to Midwestern University, Dr. Arif is the first pharmacist faculty member with the Center for Community Health Equity and works with the Nova Collective, facilitating identity-mapping and bias intervention workshops across various healthcare organizations. In 2023, she was accepted into the NASA database of DEI practitioners to support their mission critical efforts to ensure equity in their cutting-edge STEM research and launched the Equity-minded Collective, where she works with educators to cultivate equitable and inclusive learning environments.
