Learning Objectives:

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
  • Describe the course review process at four different institutions
  • Summarize strengths and challenges with these approaches in driving curricular change
  • Identify strategies to consider for your institution’s review process
Why reinvent the wheel to develop a curriculum course review process? This session showcases the course review process at four schools of pharmacy. Examples from both public and private institutions will be shared. Data from the reviews will be presented along with the pros and cons of these different approaches and future directions based on lessons learned. Participants will gain examples and tips for refining or implementing the course review process at their own institutions.
